Jim Weiss - Founder & President
Mr. Weiss began his career in Moving & Storage a month
before his 17th birthday in 1981. After funding his college education by working as a foreman, he went on to forge a successful career as a Moving & Storage professional in four major
markets in two countries (Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Sydney, AUS; Chicago, IL; and New York City), working with Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of relocation, from Commercial Services to
Household Goods Relocation.
Mr. Weiss' operating philosophy is simple: Plan with meticulousness and attention to detail;
hire the most competent and reputable providers; and maintain tight controls to ensure proper implementation,
honest billing, and prompt claim settlement.
Sterling Waterman - Senior Project Manager
After receiving an Accounting degree from Baruch College, Mr. Waterman
spent over 10 years in Facilities Management at Cornell University and Edison Schools before switching to Moving & Storage in 2002, where he worked first as a Project Manager, and then in sales.
Accomplished in a variety of related fields, on both sides of the fence as client and service provider, Mr. Waterman has taken the next logical step: into Move Consulting, where he draws upon his broad experience to ensure that the customer’s best interests are kept in mind, all of the time.
